Un seul mot d'ordre: HOUSE MUSIC, ce blog parlera essentiellement de musiques HOUSE (Deep, Soulful, Funky, Latin, Electro, progressive, etc....), je parlerais des dernières nouveautés et sorties, des articles sur les dj's et producteurs, les labels et je ferais un chart perso que j'actualiserais régulièrement pour vous faire partager mes petites trouvailles.
Mon blog abordera aussi d'autres sujets, comme mes coups de gueules, un peu de ma vie, etc ....

DEEP/TECH #4

One of the stand out tracks from Osunlade's excellent artist album 'Elelments Beyond' from early 2007 hits the shelves with a plethora of remixes from DJ Gregory, Deetron and Manoo Stella. DJ Gregory does what he does best; building and layering tribal rhythms with techy beats with a touch of off-key xylophone action thrown in for good measure. The Manoo Stella mix starts deep before big pads and synths take it in a near progressive direction, while Deetron strips things right back and does away with most of the vocal for a pounding House-rhythm perfect for the late-night clubs. A great track made better by a set of slick remixes makes this a promising start to 2008 for Strictly Rhythm and Osunlade.

PROMO #21 - NEW PEARL BY ABICAH SOUL

Consortium Muzik bless us with a lovely remix EP where Abicah Soul takes on three previous releases of the label - "Strength Of A Man" by DJ Jalal featuring Carolyn Victorian & Ovina Gregory, "Happiness" by Harold Brandon (it's a new Abicah Soul mix, not the one included in the original release) and "Black Is The Color" by Klearvision featuring Nina Simone. All three songs are given a beautiful makeover with that distinct laidback deep house sound Abicah Soul is reknown for shining through, taking the songs to a new level.
